Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site, for example which buttons are clicked and which forms are submitted. These reports do not include your name, phone number, email or the text you type into our forms.
Session recording. We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors use our pages, such as mouse movements, clicks and scrolling, and to build heatmaps of where people click. This helps us find pages that are confusing or hard to use. Anything typed into our enquiry and practice forms, including your name, phone number and email, is hidden in these recordings and is never captured. Microsoft keeps recordings for 30 days, and heatmaps and a small number of saved example recordings for up to 9 months. We use them only to improve this website. Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft handles this data. You can block these cookies through your browser settings without affecting your use of the site.
Location (only if you allow it). Our homepage may offer to show your nearest Samarthya centre. Your browser asks your permission first, and nothing happens if you decline. If you allow it, your device works out the nearest city from your location; your exact location is never sent to us or stored. We record only that city, your nearest centre, and whether you allowed or declined, in Google Analytics, where it is kept for up to 14 months. We use it to understand where our aspirants come from. Your answer is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again; you can withdraw permission at any time in your browser's site settings.

Course Fee Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request relative to course commencement:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to samarthyaias@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Study Material: Study material costs are non-refundable once materials have been issued or accessed.
