Mr. Kapil Shah, known to his students simply as Kapil Sir, founded Samarthya IAS in Ahmedabad with one aim: to bring Delhi-quality civil services preparation to aspirants in Gujarat.

With a distinguished career as a bureaucrat, Kapil Sir brings real-world insight into how the civil services actually work. His students learn the syllabus, and also the perspective of someone who has seen administration from the inside.
